Phillip Rosen has been working in startups in NYC for a decade. Most recently he was technical co-founder and VP of Engineering at Orchard Platform and helps as an advisor to early stage tech startups.
Jarid Maged has been managing the product development of ad tech supply-side platforms for the past 7 years. Most recently, he was the Director of Product at LiveRail. Previously, he was one of the first fifteen employees at Admeld, a supply-side platform acquired by Google.
Kevin has been a tech lead for most of his professional life. He’s performed this function at a handful of NYC startups, most recently Gilt Groupe.
Polina Viro has been working as a software engineer in various startups for the last 3 years, most recently at Ordrx. She is a recent graduate from Columbia University, having focused her studies on theoretical computer science. In her free time, Polina does historical and classical fencing.
Prior to joining EVEN, Raed was VP of Business Development for Bankrate.com, a leading online consumer financial marketplace and publisher of personal finance content on the Web. Throughout his career, Raed has had in-depth experience in deal making and online lead generation with a range of media companies to develop successful partnerships that facilitate new revenue, product enhancements, and audience growth. Prior to joining Bankrate, Raed held various business development roles with News Corp and AOL, advising executives on marketing, content distribution, monetization, and audience growth strategies. Raed lives in Demarest, NJ with his wife Dana, his two daughters, and one son. Raed is a big Redskins fan, loves to play golf, and loves playing sports with his kids.
Brian joins EVEN from American Express, where he was most recently responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with emerging FinTech companies. He previously held roles at AmEx in new product development, product marketing and customer acquisition. Brian holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Wayne began his programming career 10 years ago at a food delivery startup, developing the company’s proprietary ecommerce and order-management software. After graduating with a degree in software engineering, he joined GE’s IT Leadership Program where he led various software and infrastructure projects. After 3.5 years at GE, He left the company to help start an enterprise crisis management software company. Today, he continues to pursue a life in the startup world.

Musician, standup comedian, tall; These are the goals 5’3” Kevin promised to one day achieve since leaving his job at Hess Energy Trading Company to pursue a full-time career in daily fantasy sports. Following his successful stint in self-employment, he eventually leveraged his talent of staring intensely at numbers and spreadsheets for hours in order to bolster the analytics and operations processes at Even Financial. He cites Bob Ross’ voice as a source of inspiration.
Bit is a life-long lover of webbed development and is an expert at ducktyping, quacking at bugs, and pair programming. Bit migrates (databases) twice per year, using Flyway. Bit prefers agile methodology over waterfall, as the latter ruffles Bit’s feathers. Bit enjoys swimming, and is a Tokyo 2020 hopeful. One of Bit’s life goals is to meet Katie
